Cancellation & Refund Policy

Consultations
Scheduled consultations may be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations with less notice, or missed sessions, may be charged in full.
Engagements
Either party may terminate an advisory engagement by written notice as set out in the engagement letter. Fees for work performed up to the termination date remain payable.
Refunds
Advance or retainer fees for work not yet started may be refunded on a pro-rata basis. Fees for completed work, and third-party costs such as government, regulator or filing fees already paid, are non-refundable.
Regulatory outcomes
Fees are not refundable on the basis of a regulator's or bank's decision, as these outcomes are outside our control.
How to cancel
Send cancellation requests by email, including your name, company and engagement reference. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days.
